Molly is a designer and art director with six years of experience working across brand, digital, and print. She is currently a Designer and Art Director at Benthouse, where she leads visual direction from concept through execution, ensuring each project is clear, cohesive, and aligned with the client’s goals.

At Benthouse, Molly brings creative concepts to life through thoughtful design systems and consistent visual storytelling across digital and print. Her role extends beyond design—she collaborates on studio and lifestyle photo shoots to help shape visuals that support brand narratives and campaign goals.

Before joining Benthouse full time, Molly worked on contract and freelance projects with the team and served as a production assistant on video shoots for Taos Ski Valley. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly four years at Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties as a Marketing Coordinator, supporting offices across New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, and Idaho. There, she developed tailored campaigns for agents, managed multi-channel projects, and strengthened brand consistency across markets.

Based in Taos, New Mexico, Molly brings a clear, detail-driven approach to her work, with experience spanning agency, in-house, and freelance environments.
