Marketing Coordinator, Designer & Social Media Manager
My first job out of college was my first fully remote, full-time role as a Marketing Coordinator for a group of Realtors in Taos, NM. Over time, my role expanded to Marketing Coordinator and Designer for all Coldwell Banker New Mexico offices, while also supporting teams in Idaho, Colorado, and Wyoming. I managed all print and digital marketing materials for both offices and individual agents, including company-wide Visitor Guides, CBMP Global Luxury postcards and brochures, and regular email campaigns. My work also involved managing CRM systems and IDX feeds, maintaining website updates, creating weekly and monthly newsletters, troubleshooting listing-site issues (Zillow, Realtor, Homes, CBMP), and coordinating with vendors for print production.
From direct mailers and postcards to brochures, newsletters, magazine ads, and digital campaigns, I’ve helped bring a wide range of print and online projects to life.
Each project was customized for individual agents and teams while staying true to the Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties brand. Working across multiple offices—with 20+ Realtors in each—taught me how to stay organized, communicate clearly, and juggle a steady flow of marketing requests. I also became fluent in managing various platforms, website backends, and quick-turn deadlines.
